Hello, guys
My name is Svitlana Pochatenko. This is my professional page. I make Google Ads and Facebook Ads for businesses and digital marketing agencies.
If you have e-shop, retail\wholesale business, b2c/b2b сompany, IT, training, you tube channel or any local business, then Google | Facebook Ads are totally for you. Budget for your business will depend on the niche, competition inside the niche and type of ads used in the strategy.
Some strategy tips for business owners.
1) For most typical businesses the strategy will depend on the budget you have. For small companies only google search campaigns, then for larger companies: google search+remarketing (google, facebook, youtube), then for large companies search+remarketing+media. After you have got all your traffic from more effective source then move to less effective - this is general strategy for many typical businesses.
2) For most off-line local businesses like (local shops and services, cafes, restaurants, any repair services, any types of schools) I recommend to use search campaigns in google + remarketing in google/facebook if there is enough money in the budget. Also use Google My Business for this types of local busineses. Recommended proportion of marketing budget should be 80% for search and about 20% for remarketing.
3) For businesses with existing demand like any popular product or services I'd also recommend search campaigns first. So if people are looking for your product in searching engine for example some typical type smartphone or home repair service first use search users (active hot users) then later if you have enough budget cooler users via remarketing and media campaigns. If you are selling a product or service without market demand or small market demand for example solar batteries, electric cars or some new IT product, messenger or just new brand then use search campaigns for analogical competitors + media campaigns in google, you tube, facebook. For businesses with existing demand use strategy like for local business. For businesses with small\no demand recommended proportion of marketing budget is 60% for media google\facebook and about 40% for remarketing.
4) For e-shops. These types of businesses usually sell products which have market demand. If we take e-shops which are selling products from $1 to $1000 cost (clothes, shoes, stuff for home, electronics, phones, etc) - they can sell their product with one touch, from the first visit - 50-80% of all purchases. Recommended proportion of marketing budget for e-shops is 80% for search and about 20% for remarketing. Types of campaigns recommended: Google Shopping Campaigns, Google Search, Google Remarketing, Facebook Remarketing.
5) For b2c and b2b services (legal services, home repair services, car repair, delivery, etc). I'd recommend Google Search Campaigns, Remarketing Google|Facebook, Media Google|Facebook Campaigns. Proportion here will depend on the budget. For small budgets only search, then search+remarketing, then search+remarketing+media.
6) For you tube bloggers, online trainers, lectures, online programs, online business schools, personal trainers, business trainers, generally online educational or any type of coaching I recommend video type of ads in you tube and facebook, also media and remarketing campaigns. So here a lot of efforts must be put into the content or picture itself, then you launch video\media ads in google, you tube and facebook. Recommended proportion of marketing budget for this online education/coaching is 50% video ads, 50% remarketing in google, you tube, facebook.
